NSF Civic Innovation Challenge Grants Town Hall

The NSF – Civic Innovation Challenge (CIVIC) Grant aims to fund ready-to-implement, research-based pilot projects that have the potential for scalable, sustainable, and transferable impact on community-identified priorities. There are two basic priority areas:

  • Track A - Living in a changing climate: pre-disaster action around adaptation, resilience, and mitigation; and
  • Track B – Bridging the gap between essential resources, services, and community needs.

The Office of the Vice President for Research is hosting a one-hour town hall to provide information on the NSF – Civic Innovation Challenge (CIVIC) Grants. Information about this grant opportunity is provided below. The goal of the town hall is to provide an overview of the opportunity, answer questions from the UofU Research community, and provide space for interested parties to network and discuss potential submission(s) from the UofU. The Town Hall will be held on Friday, March 18th, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am on Zoom. Registration is not required. Zoom details are provided below.
