Tracking Grant Expenses During COVID-19

University of Utah Financial & Business Services has worked in tandem with the Vice President for Research Office to refine an existing report in the Financial Information Library to assist tracking expenditures on 5000 fund grants and contracts. Accessible via CIS and Financial Information Library, the report is titled "Monthly Summary by Org - FY". The intention is for units to have easier access in tracking their monthly expenditures to see how money has been spent before and after the COVID-19 epidemic. Access to the tool will follow Management Reports security access and can be done on a fiscal year basis. For questions about the query tool, contact Business Analysis & Support Services.
