NCI SBIR Mentor And Trainee Connections HUb Program (MATCHUP) Program
Are you an SBIR- or STTR-funded company in search of top-tier employees? Are you a student/early career scientist ready to enter into the biotech commercialization industry? In an effort to enhance the diversity of the country's research and entrepreneurial workforce, the NIH developed Administrative Supplement, PA-24-255, to encourage small companies to recruit and train candidates, including those from groups that have been shown to be underrepresented in the field of health research.
To support the eligible SBIR/STTR companies in their search for employees, NCI SBIR has launched a new initiative, the Mentor And Trainee Connections HUb Program (MATCHUP), to serve as a tool for small business to find candidate profiles of eligible students, postdoctoral fellows, and investigators who are interested in working at a biotech startup.
