The Future of Food Working Group and the Office of the Vice President for Research invite you to a 90-minute lightning talk event focused on the research and regulation of ultra-processed foods and artificial additives, which are increasingly linked to negative health outcomes.
As national agencies like the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services seek new insights into the health risks of these chemicals, this event will spotlight research strengths at the U and help mobilize response teams.

- 3–4 slides, 3–5 minutes per presenter
- Share current or proposed resear
- Collaborate across disciplines to develop new ideas and proposals
