eReg Updates:

• The requirement deadline for eReg is approaching on July 1! Please reach out to the CRSO training team with questions/clarifications through either Service Now HERE or take Orientation and sign up for Office Hours HERE.

Participant Payments Updates:

• Please be aware of the July 1 deadline for studies to be in the Participant Payments system through OnCore unless you have submitted a waiver. If you need to take Orientation or sign up for Office Hours, click HERE.  If you have a question/concern, need to order cards, etc., please submit a Service Now request HERE

OnCore Updates:

• We have regularly scheduled Orientation every Thursday at 12 p.m. MST and classes for building calendars, managing subjects, etc. within OnCore regularly throughout the week. We also have Office Hours for 1:1 assistance. You can sign up for any of those HERE

CRSO Updates:

• We have a new Administrative Assistant, Kimberly Howard Pickens, and she will be taking on the admin roles for the CRSO team.
• There are some new Service Now updates that have gone live. If you see any issues with the Service Now system, please reach out via email for assistance.
