Clean air is vital for health and prosperity. Air quality is also a pressing concern as Utah's population booms, the Great Salt Lake shrinks, and the next Olympics loom.

GCSC is hosting a faculty meet-and-greet to help build a stronger community around this highly interdisciplinary topic on Tuesday, March 4th from 3:00pm-4:00pm in the Atmospheric Science Department (WBB, Room 802)  While the focus of the event is getting faculty interacting and finding new collaborators, we will also discuss ways to further amplify air quality research at the University of Utah.
