The University of Utah’s Individual Financial Conflict of Interest Policy 1-006 requires many employees to file an annual financial disclosure to the University of their external financial relationships (that reasonably appear to be related to the individual’s responsibilities to the University), so that potential financial conflicts of interest can be properly identified.
The platform for the University of Utah’s Business Relationship Reporting (“BRR”) financial disclosure system is upgrading January 22, 2025, to a revised system supported by the Office of the Vice President for Research (VPR). This upgraded system will have increased data security and offer enhanced functionality over time. The site will look different, but questions and training in the disclosure form remain essentially the same. All previous data will be maintained. Access to the upgraded BRR site will continue through Campus Information Services at brr.utah.edu. Trainings for navigating the system will be available as requested.
