The 2025 Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) Call for Abstracts opened this week and quickly closes 16 February 2025. This call is associated with the 2025 Symposium, tentatively scheduled for 4-7 August 2025 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
The MHSRS is the Department of Defense's premier scientific research meeting. It provides a collaborative environment for military medical care providers with deployment experience, DoD scientists, academia, and industry to meet and exchange information on the unique medical needs of the Warfighter.
Interested authors can go to the MHSRS website (https://mhsrs.health.mil/) to review the titles and descriptions of the 2025 scientific breakout sessions, to submit an abstract, and to access Frequently Asked Questions concerning the Call for Abstracts process.
Important note: the MHSRS website is a password enabled site, and our team in the Applied Medical Engineering (AME) Lab is prepared to assist with submissions.
