SWSIE 2nd Atmospheric Water Harvesting Summit

Events

On behalf of the AWH Summit Steering committee, we are excited to have you be part of our 2nd AWH Summit Thursday and Friday Feb 20/21, 2025 in Tempe, AZ at Arizona State University.  Our 1st AWH Summit last year lead to the formation of the International Atmospheric Water Harvesting Association, and we envision this 2nd summit to contribute towards developing a multi-year roadmap for the field of atmospheric water harvesting. We have assembled a 1.5 day program of fantastic panels, presentations, posters and start-up to large-company participants. Program starts at 8:30 am February 20th and runs through 1:00 pm February 21st . The full detailed program will be available shortly on the website with all confirmed speakers (outline agenda provided at the end of this message).

We invite you to register for our workshop HERE. We have been able to keep registration costs low with support from companies and multiple centers, including the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering & NSF Southwest Regional Innovation Engine.

  • Industry/Academic IAWHA member registration. $ 200.00
  • Student IAWHA Member. $ 25.00
  • Industry/Academic Non-Members. $ 300.00
  • Student Non-Member. $ 50.00

Space is limited and will be filled on a first-to register basis.  Like a Gordon-style conference, although we already have wonderful abstracts – we welcome all participants to contact us about bringing a poster to the venue (please inform us 2 weeks in advance).

Information on hotels are provided on the registration website. While there are many hotels within close walking proximity to ASU – we have discounted rates at these conference hotels (*close proximity to Tempe light rail stops and < 15 minutes from Phoenix Skyharbor airport) have rates under $200/night (as of 1/10/25)f:

On behalf of the steering committee, thank you & we look forward to you joining us at the Summit. Thank you.
