Faculty Proposal Writing Group | RSVP by 1/10/2025
Events
Working on a proposal or have one in mind? Join our group for support and accountability!
To help U faculty prepare competitive applications for private/national foundation grants and fellowships, the university’s Corporate & Foundation Relations (CFR) office is offering a Proposal Writing Group, featuring expert training, peer-to-peer proposal reviews, and group support.
The group will run during the spring semester with the goal of each participant developing a proposal to be submitted to an extramural funding opportunity within 12 months.
Along with group training, discussions, and camaraderie, participants will have their proposals critiqued by 2–3 fellow faculty members and will provide feedback on 2–3 other proposals. Proposal writing and reviews will take place outside of group meetings, which will focus on training and peer discussions.
